Come join us for a casual “Meet the Doulas” gathering. At every gathering, you can meet doulas, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, and fellow expecting parents that can answer your questions and provide you with support. We will also discuss a topic of the evening relating to pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, breastfeeding and more.
Age 18+
July 17: Question and Answer session. Enjoy a safe no pressure space to ask any and all questions you may have about what a doula is and how a doula can help. Also feel free to ask for any ideas or tips that may be helpful for your birth/postpartum experience.
September 18: Birth Preference List. A quick overview of what to cover in your birth preference list, view example plans, and other ideas for a clear and empowering birth experience.
November 20: Placenta Encapsulation (presented by Claire Reiner). Learn what all the buzz is about, how it's done, and the benefits of placenta encapsulation.
